  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    1. Open Kiki Fit app 2. Go to your profile (bottom right hand icon in the navigation bar) 3. Go to settings by clicking on the gear icon (top right hand side of your profile) 4. Click on manage subscription
  • Does my subscription auto-renew?
    Yes, when you purchase a Kiki Fit subscription you also agree to have it automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You agree to your account being charged for renewal within a 24 hour period at the end of the current period and to this charge being the same as your initial fee unless you opt for a different plan (e.g switching from monthly to annual). Please note that once a subscription payment has been completed, refunds cannot be issued.
  • Is your app suitable for women?
    YES! We provide designed workout and nutrition plans specifically for WOMEN. Most of the video tutorials for women are performed by Kiki to help you learn and perform each exercise correctly.
  • Why should I pay for your app? do you guarantee the results for me?
    This app is the result of years of experience and research by Kiki and a team of experts. We don't claim to know everything because the science is still evolving every day. What we can do is to stay updated with the latest development in the health and fitness industry and provide you with app updates.   • Are there Vegan options on my diet plan?
    Of course! After you sign up we provide you with a personalised nutrition card that tells you how many calories you should consume on a daily basis. Your nutrition card also includes your suggested macros i.e. grams of protein, carbs and fat in each meal. Whether you want to eat halal, vegan or carnivore, you can decide what to include in your daily meals from a library of over 2000 recipes.
